End of Life Doula in Northern Virginia
Guiding You Through Life's Sacred Final Chapter

At Heartspace for You, I offer compassionate support to individuals and their loved ones as they navigate the sacred and transformative journey of dying.
As an End-of-Life Doula, my mission is to bring dignity, understanding, and connection to this natural part of life, helping to normalize the process of death and provide meaningful guidance during life’s final chapter.
I believe that every person should have the opportunity for a fully supported death, surrounded by love, understanding, and peace.
Why Choose an End-of-Life Doula?
In many ways, my work as a Death Doula began with my experiences as a Birth Doula. Supporting clients during the final stages of life, and walking alongside my own parents as they passed, revealed something profound: the energy that surrounds the end of life is strikingly similar to the energy that accompanies birth. Both are sacred transitions, and both deserve to be met with love, respect, and wholehearted support.
In today’s society, the dying process has often been over-medicalized and removed from view, leaving individuals and families feeling isolated or unsure of how to navigate this important time. My goal as an End-of-Life Doula is to help restore death to its rightful place as a natural and meaningful part of life.
About My Training and Experience
I am a certified End-of-Life Doula through INELDA (International End-of-Life Doula Association) and a volunteer with Goodwin Living Hospice, where I visit hospice clients in their homes. In addition to my volunteer work, I also offer private doula services and am committed to making this care accessible to all. Sliding scale and pro-bono options are available for those in need—please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss how I can support you or your loved one.
