Fertility, Prenatal, and Postnatal Massage
Massage is a powerful tool for supporting the body through conception, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. I have been working with birthing parents since 2000, and I bring years of specialized training in Pregnancy Massage (Kate Jordan, 2000) and Fertility Massage (Claire Marie Miller, 2016) to every session.
These massages are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and address common pregnancy-related discomforts like back pain, swelling, and tension.I believe in nurturing birthing parents from pre-conception through the first two years post-delivery, addressing both physical and emotional needs.

Bonding with your baby starts with meaningful touch. Since 2000, I have been teaching parents how to massage their infants, offering a gentle and effective way to foster connection and promote your baby’s well-being.

I have been teaching HypnoBirthing™ since 2016, but my journey with this method began in 2001, when I witnessed its profound impact as a doula. Supporting a mother through the peaceful and empowering birth of her daughter showed me the incredible effectiveness of HypnoBirthing™—a method that I now wholeheartedly believe is among the best approaches to childbirth.
HypnoBirthing™ offers a proven set of tools that help expecting parents harness the body’s natural instincts during labor, promoting relaxation and reducing fear and tension.

As a DONA-trained Birth Doula (certified in 2000), I have had the privilege of supporting families through countless births over the years. My role as your doula is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support, ensuring you feel confident and cared for—no matter how or where you choose to deliver.
What’s Included in Doula Support:

Two (up to 90 minutes each) pre-birth sessions to create a personalized Birth Plan and prepare for delivery;

Unlimited phone, text and email support;

Hands-on massage instruction for non-birthing partner to provide support during labor and delivery;

A fully supported birth experience, where I am by your side through labor and delivery;
